For more than twenty years, Kevin Hunter has been part of Wendy Williams’ professional life as her manager, executive producer, and business partner. But now that the talk show diva has filed for divorce, she has moved on from Hunter both personally and professionally.
Hunter is no longer Williams’ manager or the executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show, and Page Six is now reporting that Williams has hired famed producer Bernie Young to take his place. However, there will be some changes.

A spokesperson for the show says that Young won’t be the executive producer of Williams’ talk show – she has that credit all by herself – and there are no plans to hire anyone.
From 1996 to 2002, Young was the coordinating producer on The Rosie O’Donnell Show and eventually worked his way up to executive producer. He was also the co-executive producer on Martha Stewart’s show Martha from 2005 to 2012.
Earlier this week, cameras spotted Williams and Young walking together with a bodyguard after a show taping, and Hunter’s name has officially been removed from the show’s credits. Between the divorce filing and Hunter’s termination, Williams’ hired extra security to have on set as added production because of Hunter’s alleged abusive behavior.
According to TMZ, Williams got the ball rolling on erasing Hunter out of her life before she filed for divorce. Insiders say that she has completely cut Hunter off financially and has hired a financial team to make sure her money and assets are secure.
She also separated funds and created new accounts before serving Hunter with divorce papers, and has found a new apartment in Manhattan to start the next chapter of her life. The 54-year-old has already signed a lease and paid the rent for an entire year.

Williams and Hunter shared a home in New Jersey before their split, and a report recently emerged that some strange things went down at the house back in January. Police were called to do a welfare check on Williams after someone reported that Hunter was poisoning his wife. Initially, Hunter did not let the cops into the home. But, he eventually let them inside where they found Williams covered from head to toe with a blanket, and she denied that her husband was poisoning her.

Hunter has not yet received any money from The Wendy Williams Show following his termination. But, as co-owner of her production company, chances are he will get some kind of sweet financial deal in the divorce.
