Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney have officially called it quits after being together for 12 years.
The Vanderpump Rules couple made their debut together on season 1 of the show, and fans have never seen the two apart. The two confirmed the split in separate Instagram posts on March 15.
But only a month before they announced their breakup, Tom said the couple was still considering having children.
