It’s that time of year again – Capital’s Summertime Ball will be returning to London’s Wembley Stadium once more on June 8.

Earlier this morning the first six artists were confirmed but instead of breakfast hosts Roman Kemp, Vick Hope and Sonny Jay just announcing the names of the performers, it was up to the public to tell them who was on the line up.

The six artists appeared on ‘ballboards’ across the country, with members of the public then texting or tweeting Capital to say who they’d spotted.

The first artist to be found and confirmed was Mark Ronson, who will be bringing massive hits including ‘Nothing Breaks Like A Heart’, ‘Electricity’, and ‘Uptown Funk’ to the Ball.

How loud are you gonna be singing 'Nothing Breaks Like a Heart', @KierenB1? ? https://t.co/Tt4L5gi2fO

Whilst Capital was busy announcing the confirmed artists on the radio, Twitter was Burnin’ Up over a ballboard found in Brighton which revealed that the Jonas Brothers will also be performing this year. This will be their first UK/European performance in 10 years and will follow the release of their album Happiness Begins, which drops the day before on June 7.
