The release of BTS’ re-packaged album ‘Love Yourself: Answer’ is just under a month away but the boys are already breaking records.
According to album distributor iRiver, on July 25 the album had recorded a whopping total of 1,511,910 in stock pre-orders during its first week. This total does not include any international retailers such as Amazon and Wall Mart,proving themselves as an unstoppable force not only within the Korean music scene but internationally also. The pre order total beats the previous record also held by BTS for their third full length album ‘Love Yourself: Tear’.
While there is still little information available on the album from BigHit Entertainment, it hasn’t stopped the seven-piece from teasing the album themselves. On their VLive channel yesterday (25th July) some of the members revealed little snippets which have sent ARMYs wild. Suga (Min Yoongi) stated that he feels this is their best album to date, whilst Jimin informed fans that the “sound, visuals, and choreo are totally new for them”.
‘Love Yourself: Answer’ is set to be released on August 24th just in time for their ‘Love Yourself’ World Tour, beginning in Seoul on August 25th.
